Our maintenance contracts provide you with "worry-free computing". All our hardware carries between 1 to 3 years manufacturer's warranty after which we have flexible contract agreements that can be negotiated based on your business requirements and user needs.

The following are the various examples of what we offer as maintenance contracts.

There are three basic types of maintenance contract definitions:

  1. Comprehensive Maintenance contract: This type of contract covers both labor and spares.
  2. Labor only contract: This type of contract covers labor only.
  3. The spare parts are sold at Next Level Systems prevailing market rates.
  4. Call Contracts: This type of contract is per call. Labor and spare parts are charged at Next Level Systems prevailing market rates.
